Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped twice per week from Vernon, BC. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to leave our shop.

How do you ship orders?
We ship with Canada Post, and all orders include tracking.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $200 CAD ship free anywhere in Canada.

Do you ship outside Canada?
Right now, we only ship within Canada


Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart with measurements. For the best fit, measure your foot length and width and compare it to the chart. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up. If you need recommendations on the best shoe for beginners contact us. 

Do barefoot shoes feel different?
Yes — they’re designed to be wider, flatter, and more flexible than conventional shoes. There may be a short transition period while your feet adjust-- you can always add an extra insole for some extra cushioning. 


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

How do I exchange an item?
We don’t process direct exchanges — simply place a new order for the size or style you’d like, then return the original pair for a refund.


Care & Materials

How do I care for my barefoot shoes?
Most of our shoes are made from natural materials like leather and suede. We recommend a gentle brush and natural waterproofing spray to keep them looking their best.
