At The Grounded Step, we do our best to get your new shoes on their way quickly and safely

• Processing Time
  We are a small family-run business. Orders are packed with care and dispatched twice a week from Vernon, BC. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to leave our hands.

• Carrier
  All orders are shipped securely through Canada post, UPS or Purolator. 
  

• Shipping Rates
  $15 Flat rate applies on order under $150

• Free Shipping
  Enjoy free shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $150 CAD.

• Tracking
  Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
