Insoles are suitable for: 

• for all SHAPEN shoes (except ballerinas).
• A beginner barefooter. Recycled PU foam  softens your footfall, making it easier to get used to barefoot running.
• for feet that are between two numbers according to the size chart.  By purchasing inserts, you can reduce the internal space by approximately 2 mm.

Recommendation: It is advisable to remove the insoles from the shoes after each use and let them dry freely. Regular replacement of the insoles ensures the hygiene of your feet and extends the life of the shoes.
